Not at all! We’re pleased to offer telemedicine to all of our patients. A telemedicine appointment will be billed to your insurance in the same way as a regular in-office visit.
A Different Kind of House Call
As part of our commitment to serve St. Augustine, Crescent Beach Care offers telemedicine services for all our existing patients.
We know it can be difficult to make room in your schedule for a doctor’s appointment, but with telemedicine, you’ll receive a full appointment virtually over a video call. You can book an appointment with any of our providers and receive personalized care and attention for many of our major services. Save time and receive our excellent family care services from the comfort of your own home thanks to telemedicine!
Our Telemedicine Services
With telemedicine, you’ll have the undivided attention of one of our talented medical experts, just like an in-person appointment.
Telemedicine appointments are a great option whether it’s time for your routine checkup, you’re in need of a prescription refill, or if you have an unexplained symptom you’d like diagnosed. Here are just some services we can provide remotely through telemedicine.
- Prescription writing/refills
- Discussion of lab results

What to Expect from Your Appointment
Don't Call Us, We'll Call You
Request AppointmentOur Providers
Crescent Beach Care has been around since 2013, and in that time, we’ve assembled an amazing team of compassionate and highly trained caregivers.
Our nurses, doctors, and other staff are all fully devoted to giving you the best care possible, and we have decades of combined medical experience. No matter which of our providers you choose for your telemedicine in St. Augustine, you won’t regret it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer telemedicine appointments to new patients. We need to gather your medical history and vital signs from you in person for your first visit to add you to our system. Schedule a regular visit with your provider of choice to be entered into our system, and then you can schedule telemedicine in St. Augustine on your subsequent visits.
We strive to give our best care through telemedicine which is equivalent to in-person care. Still, we acknowledge that there are some limitations to virtual healthcare. If we feel that we need to see you in person during your telemedicine appointment, we may ask you to schedule a follow-up visit so that we can perform a more thorough check and make sure that you are in good health.
A major benefit of telemedicine is that it offers you the flexibility to receive healthcare anywhere. Still, you will need to have an internet-enabled device with you at the time of your appointment, such as a phone, laptop, or tablet. If possible, we strongly recommend using a device with a functioning webcam so we can visually see you and any areas of concern you may have.
For your appointment, we ask that you find a private and quiet area so we can speak back and forth freely without distractions. You will also need a reliable internet connection to join the video call.
